Jane focuses her practice on a variety of matters related to property rights, constitutional law, environmental law, land use, local government, litigation, water law, and wildlife. She is a Florida Bar Board Certified Attorney in City, County, and Local Government Law. Prior to joining the firm, Jane worked as an Assistant City Attorney with the City of Hallandale Beach and Assistant Town Attorney with the Town of Surfside, where she provided counsel on planning and zoning, environmental and coastal matters, building, public works, sunshine law, and procurement. Previously, Jane worked with the National Audubon Society, Audubon Florida as an advocate for Everglades conservation.
